I can’t speak highly enough of Norfolk Executive Travel. We had a lovely trip to the airport in a very comfortable Mercedes. Lucian arrived 10 minutes early which was reassuring, the car was spotlessly clean and the trip felt like a great start to our journey. Unfortunately our onward journey was delayed 3 days and then postponed again so we needed to contact NET and ask to be picked up much earlier than expected. Lucian kindly accommodated our request and brought us safely back home. Great communication, very comfortable transport, good company, properly professional service and going the extra mile to help us out when our plans fell through, nothing was too much trouble. We had a luxury and seamless drive to the airport. Our driver was professional and kind. We were able to stop as needed for a comfort break at services. The car was impeccably clean. A bottle of water each was provided. We were transported in a luxury Mercedes which had heated and cooling seats in the back and the seat was fully adjustable. The leg room was extremely ample. Lucian from Norfolk executive travel was very professional from start to finish .. collected our family from watlington and we travelled to our over night stay hotel near Heathrow . And then he collected us 3 weeks later from Heathrow . His vehicle (mini bus) was very clean and very comfortable . He loaded all our luggage after a long flight back from Orlando . I was taking a group on pilgrimage to Walsingham and had booked the taxis from Kings Lynn in advance. We had a difficult rail journey and as a result we’re nearly and hour and a half late for our pick up. The company waited for us, we’re relaxed about it, and charged us no extra fees for being late. The drivers were polite and helpful. It could not have been better service. I would recommend them and will use their service again. ~ Stephen M

Amazing customer service! I was able to book an 8 seater months in advance for a friends wedding, they have also been so quick to respond to emails in a friendly manner, taxi service was on time and very efficient. Great driver too who was more than happy to drop one of our party off at another destination to make sure she got back ok. Extremely reliable, professional and efficient service. Pick up to and from the airport for our holiday was at the time promised giving us time to relax before and after our break. Despite some issues with vehicles arriving back into the UK, they did not let us down but provided two cars to pick all six of us up from Gatwick. Attended a wedding in Norfolk and needed a driver to pick up my elderly grandfather from the airport and chauffeur him and his carer around Norfolk for the weekend and get them back to the airport.
