Clients reviews about Norfolk Executive Travel

I can’t speak highly enough of Norfolk Executive Travel. We had a lovely trip to the airport in a very comfortable Mercedes. Lucian arrived 10 minutes early which was reassuring, the car was spotlessly clean and the trip felt like a great start to our journey. Unfortunately our onward journey was delayed 3 days and then postponed again so we needed to contact NET and ask to be picked up much earlier than expected. Lucian kindly accommodated our request and brought us safely back home. Great communication, very comfortable transport, good company, properly professional service and going the extra mile to help us out when our plans fell through, nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Lucian. Highly recommended. ~ Karina S

We had a luxury and seamless drive to the airport. Our driver was professional and kind. We were able to stop as needed for a comfort break at services. The car was impeccably clean. A bottle of water each was provided. We were transported in a luxury Mercedes which had heated and cooling seats in the back and the seat was fully adjustable. The leg room was extremely ample. A very luxury experience. Thank you! I would definitely recommend to anyone. ~ Kate R

Lucian from Norfolk executive travel was very professional from start to finish .. collected our family from watlington and we travelled to our over night stay hotel near Heathrow . And then he collected us 3 weeks later from Heathrow . His vehicle (mini bus) was very clean and very comfortable . He loaded all our luggage after a long flight back from Orlando . Thank you Lucian first class service I would not hesitate to use you again and recommend you highly ~ michael s

I value this company which I have used for airport transfers (Heathrow and Gatwick) on several occasions.. The cars are high end models, comfortable and beautifully presented. The service is excellent in terms of time keeping and going the extra mile when necessary. On one occasion, my flight was delayed by many hours but the car was still waiting for me well into the night. I cannot recommend Norfolk Executive Travel highly enough. ~ Jo T

Brilliant Service, The driver Lucian was pleasant and respectful. We were picked up from home in Kings Lynn on the way to Heathrow. I received a detailed confirmation of the booking prior to travel and the communications was excellent. The service is excellent and punctual even on our return back home. I would certainly highly recommend this service and will surely use them again. Thanks, Habib Mahomed ~ Habib M

Extremely reliable, professional and efficient service. Pick up to and from the airport for our holiday was at the time promised giving us time to relax before and after our break. Despite some issues with vehicles arriving back into the UK, they did not let us down but provided two cars to pick all six of us up from Gatwick. Can only provide praise for the friendly experience we had Regards Phil Betts ~ Philip B

I was taking a group on pilgrimage to Walsingham and had booked the taxis from Kings Lynn in advance. We had a difficult rail journey and as a result we’re nearly and hour and a half late for our pick up. The company waited for us, we’re relaxed about it, and charged us no extra fees for being late. The drivers were polite and helpful. It could not have been better service. I would recommend them and will use their service again. ~ Stephen M

Amazing customer service! I was able to book an 8 seater months in advance for a friends wedding, they have also been so quick to respond to emails in a friendly manner, taxi service was on time and very efficient. Great driver too who was more than happy to drop one of our party off at another destination to make sure she got back ok. Fab taxi company all round, thank you so much for making this very stress free ~ Emily C

Lucian made our long-distance trip effortless for a stag do this weekend, handling our booking with total professionalism and accommodating our drop-off in King’s Lynn with ease, even dropping off at locations around the area without hassle. Both cars were pristine & comfortable so if you need a reliable, high-end taxi service, I can't recommend them highly enough! ~ Dylan B

Attended a wedding in Norfolk and needed a driver to pick up my elderly grandfather from the airport and chauffeur him and his carer around Norfolk for the weekend and get them back to the airport. I cannot thank them enough for providing the service and dealing with extra luggage e.g. wheelchairs, three wheel strollers. Always polite and helpful. On time and reliable. Andrew ~ Andrew D

Arrived ahead of time, customer service fabulous from booking to the date of travel. I had booked these for my journey on my wedding day to the Town hall in kings Lynn. The journey was only a few minutes away so the driver took us on a short drive before taking us to the town hall. It was great service throughout ~ Tracey L

Lucian is the definition of exemplary service. True above and beyond. Despite not having a car available in his own fleet for my job, he sourced and arranged my travel through a third party and handled everything. Highly, highly recommended and won't hesitate to use again. ~ Carrie G
